I agree with everyone else's positive comments, Alison. It's a very interesting composition with pleasing tones. The only small change I would make would be to either crop the left edge slightly or, as I've done in the example below, pull the left side out a bit to retain the same dimensions. The reason I think the change would improve the photo is that the space beyond the leftmost wall board is slightly attention getting. It's a really small change to an otherwise really fine photo.

I like how the vertical lines of the wall intersect the diagonal shadows. The sheep is so nicely positioned, anchoring the whole scene. Such nice work you do.

Beautiful warm toning in the straw, wood and leaves in this delightful composition my dear Alison. The details are excellent. A well thought out composure with wonderful strong diagonal lines and great play between light and shadow. Well done to you sweetie.....are you back posting regularly? I hope so. Nice to see you posting again, Alison! I like the way you've captured the light and shadows, as well as you're little friend huddled against the fence. I like the warm earth tones of the leaves, straw and woodwork.

Beautiful image Alison - displaying some great earthly colours and texture within a great composition. I really like the strong angular lines of the shadows contrasting with the verticals of the woodwork. Well done!
