The angle is good...I think the darkness (almost) suits the mood, just a bit brighter would be nice. Also, the little dust specks could easily be removed in Photoshop or other similar software. I think the guy in the foreground can be taken two ways, either intruding on the picture, or being dominated by the ominous building. either way would be good, and it is!
