My first impression is that it's art imitating art. But then it's more like art imitating photography. But why bother with designations, it's thoroughly enjoyable work.

Amazing capture with soft tones and wonderful reflections on the still lake - almost like a painting.
Kita, perhaps little bit of infomation regarding how you managed to get the tones so soft will make the picture even more appreciable.

I too think it looks like a painting. However, I just do not see this as an excellent photograph. For one it really is not sharp enough in my opinion. If this is the look you wanted then that may help some, but it still does not honestly have enough to be considered a good photograph. Painting yes, photograph no. I also see the upper portion as a bit too bright...washed out you might even say. The foreground and reflection is also cluttered....I am having a hard time making out any details. I know that I am obviously in the minority here and certainly respect all other very positive comments. I just personally do not see it the same way. Sorry. Nice colors though, thats for sure.

composition: this is one of the cases where the rule of the thirds is worth ignoring as you did. good balance between the landscape and its reflection
lighting: i feel that some adjustments in brighness and contrast could make more "3D" this image
originality/emotional appeal: strong impact due to the painting like sensation evoked by the reflection and the composition

Looks more like an oilpainting than a photograph to me.
If this isn't heavily manipulated, excellent shot.
If it is manipulated, excellent Photoshop skills :-)
IMO the bright greens on the right don't look all that good compared with the other more muted tones, but that's nitpicking.
