Thanks Nicole for your comment. This a "rana calzonuda" located in Costa Rica. Its size is about two inches. I think its little, but dangereous.

Thank you Fern for your comment. You have a great portfolio too, I like the way you handle lines in your compositions, but specially I enjoyed your "largeness of dessert sky".In this photo I admire the sense of proportions you gave. Its amazing to see the big clouds in this composition. I enjoyed your work, and thanks again for your comment.

I like this the best of all your frog photos...........very dramatic. should there be more of his "arm" on the left? I don't know. I do like the lighting, you've captured the texture of the skin nicely. I have photographed frogs and such, a little of a challenge since they like to jump away! I like your portfolio as well ......nice compositions. fern benson

Wonderfully colourful subject. Eyes are well focussed, you can even see blood vessels. Simple composition with black background increases the impact. I love frogs. Well done. Cathy

Well Edgar, It's a real nice work, I think the Light source is not what it MUST be, as you can see in the shot the colors are cooler that what they are naturally (that would be corrected with your camera's White Balance Setting) and there is a harmful Highlight over its neck and in the left side of the shot, I personally prefer the angle which the other eye was more obvious too, Nice work, Well done to you, Mohammad

Hi Edgar, This is a very good macro shot. The eyes are really sharp. I personally would have prefered a deeper DOF, having the limbs sharp as well. But I guess in 'portrait' shot like this it's not as important. Making the background black really helped make this guy stand out. I saw your full shot image of this and was really impressed with the capture.

Very nice Edgar. The colors are rich and stand out against the background. Great job.
