Mahmoud, I commented on this photograph once before but did not see the entire "Bush Go Home!" series which is photojournalism at its best. I feel bad that you have received so many hateful messages regarding these images, especially by people who live in the U.S. and were supposedly brought up to believe in "freedom of speech" and "freedom of expression". I think it is great that you are posting whatever images you see and, whether or not people agree with the message in the photos, this is not the forum to argue over political views. Keep up the good work!

> Kambiz, the nonsense started under this image was started by yourself when you chose to to use the space to push you political views; "I wonder how long time do we need to learn from our past history, such as Vietnam war, etc. I wonder why people don't act (except few pacifist group) propmptly b4 hand, b4 many thouands innocent life get lost, and then majority wake up from daydream." You accuse anyone who dissagrees with you (I happen to fall in that category) of being in a daydream. I may have misinterpreted your meaning of typing "RESPECT" at the end of your comment as encouraging respect amoung members to each other, but I now have the feeling it is a demand only for others(who disagree with you)to show it to you, and no reciprocation is necessary on your part. You may not understand the phrase "answering a question with a question", it means I asked you a question which you did not answer, but simply asked me another question in response. You started "nonsense discussion" by asking rhetorical questions; "I wonder how...I wonder why..." Perhaps if you practiced what you preached you would not have said of me- "Perhaps by answering him, I could wake up a person out of his/her deep daydream!"
It's all about RESPECT Kambiz.

Mahmoud, I have looked at this series of photos covering the protests, and as I said- good photojournalism work. Nicely composed, good color and lighting, and most importantly the great capture of so many expressions readable signage. I do not know what your personal views are, and that is not of importance in regard to the category of photojournalism. I have absolutely no problem of postings such as these, whether one agrees or disagrees with what is dipicted in the image. I do have a problem with members who post a topical image and elaborate on their views, using UF as a platform for political action. You on the other hand have posted your images with an 'about' that simply states conditions of the photography.

Randy you STARTED your discussion by asking me question in the FIRST PLACE. NOW you ACCUSE me to start that stupid discussion THAT YOU INITIATED.
Here we go: -------------------------------------------------- Randy Lorance {K:26306} 6/27/2006 > So let me ask you Kambiz, what other countries/governments do you regularly blast on UF besides the USA? What do you say of the many thousands of innocents killed by Sadam or terrorists who love to kill women and children, or other acts of genocide around the world? "wake up from daydream" -------------------------------------------------- so PLEASE DO NOT ACCUSE ME NO MORE !! R E S P E C T Wake up from YOUR DAYDREAM for good!

> Kambiz, respectfully, you've answered questions with questions. And this is not the place(this thread or UF) for expounding political views, though it seems to be several members idea of great fun to castigate the US for every conceivable problem in the world.
By the way Mahmoud, a good photojournalism series covering the protests. Sorry for filling up comment space with words unrelated to image qualities, but silence in response to the several opinions promoted under it amounts to tacit agreement.

Randy, have you ever asked yourself how Saddam's killing machine was supplied by which countries? so "wake up from 'your' daydream" !
p.s.- few results of my google search about my above statement: http://www.iraqwatch.org/suppliers/index.html http://www.fff.org/comment/com0406g.asp http://www.greenleft.org.au/back/2002/506/506p12.htm http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2003/02/02/1044122258580.html

Nice photo! And I love the message! Here in "the land of the free and home of the brave", photos like this are rarely seen because the Secret Service tries to keep protesters out of "his" sight!

It seems those bunch are American who live in Austria as their banners show. I wonder how long time do we need to learn from our past history, such as Vietnam war, etc. I wonder why people don't act (except few pacifist group) propmptly b4 hand, b4 many thouands innocent life get lost, and then majority wake up from daydream. Lovely photo journalist image with lots of colors of good energies.
