Very beautiful exposure. I have been to this spot and photographed these falls. However, not from this perspective. Spectacular job creating this moody feel. Great to see Velvia being used here. Special film for a special location. Combination of great textures and beautiful woodland colors. This is a great place to photograph! (also is a hike ~smile~ this trail was rated as *easy* in the NPS brochure. HA! I'm thinkin' "easy" = paved, wheelchair accessible!) You worked to get this shot. Well done. -john

This is a well composed image, with very sharp details. I might have stepped to the right a tad to place that large rock off center. It could be the mist but the colors appear to be muted to me.
