Hi, Phil, Thank you for your wonderful comments. In answer to your question, no. I actually don't get anyones replies unless I go back into their porfolio. I've often wondered if I'm doing something wrong. Cheers, Ann.

Ann, this is a super image! The black sarong adds so much mystery, interest and character to the image. Well composed and converted!

Very interesting and beautiful picture. I dislike just one thing: depth of field you used here. I'd like to see her both eyes in the sharpen area.

Ann This is a very effective photograph that could have been much better if the DOF was greater, as it was already mentioned by Ferran above. The eyes are lovely. The sarong added the mystery feeling you wanted. Try to use a tripod more often. Regards

Good shot Ann!
I like it, but if you wanted mainly to emphatize the eyes, may be you could have used a greater DOF, because her left eye is a little difocused. Another good thing to emphatize the look is to make her look right into the lens. With such a beautiful eyes looking right to the camera you could freeze the time. Sarong adds on that mystery atmosphere, but I would do one last thing to get even more mystery. In PS I'd duplicate this layer. On this copy I'd use a gaussian blur filter set to 25 (which make it looks totally out of focus). Then I'd decrease the oppacity level to 20 or 17, or 23.. up to you. With this easy trick you can get very particular atmospheres. Well Ann, I hope you don't mind my suggestions. The picture you took is really great.
Best wishes, ferran
