About	I took this photo a year ago and I wanted to see how I could change it. I added the clouds in the background and applied a crosshatch brush stroke on it. The I applied a diffuse glow on it twice. After saving it for the web, I noticed the colors are not as bright and you may not be able to notice the paint effect.

Thank you.. I'm working on an action so it will only take a few key strokes to achieve this effect. I'll post it when it's done if you want it.
