Came back for another look at this one Susie.
It reminds me of the tracks between Whitehorse and Darrington. Rode down them in a car a time or two, they were kind of overgrown like this. That was back in the late '70s, I suppose they are gone now.

A stunning shot, Susie. I love EVERYTHING about the photo; the diagonally placed tracks, the golden coloured grasses and leaves and the bare branches. Only wish it was posted in a horizontal format so that I don't have to scroll up and down much to enjoy the shot!!

Hi Ray,
Wow, we've been overwhelmed. We were packed out for 3 days straight. We've got a little regrouping to do (as expected) but are very happy with the response so far. And we have a terrific staff, so that definitely is a huge bonus. Thanks for all of your encouraging words..they meant a lot to both of us. Just as in one of my replies to Mark Longo, your image of these tracks manages to portray a nice relaxed, layed back mood. This is in contrast to my tension filled industrial looking tracks. You did a nice job of creating that mood.

I love this one Susie. The angle that you chose for the train tracks to enter the photo is perfect. It draws my eye right through the picture and into the fog. I think that the border/frame is perfect too. Great job!
