there was an awful flood here in 2005 and in 2018, there could have been another flood. but luckily the situation did not reach a flood level.

Sorry to have not been clear. The poster is for the Biennale, the world's largest and most influential exhibition of contemporary art, It attracted 600,000 visitors and official enries by 89 countries. It dominated life in Venice through November, 2019, until the awful flood.
