Beautiful picture! I like the title too, but if you don't, maybe something like 'wisps'? To me the hair is what brings this photo to life.

Yes, the focus! Your eyes want to look at the model, but the focus forces them onto the flowers. Unique, and very well done!

The timing on this shot couldn't have been better, with the veteran's hand on the boys shoulder as the boy holds the tip of the flag. Very sentimental. I'm not sure about the tilt. My first thought was that I would have corrected it, but I think it adds something. An off-balance feel, that somehow makes the emotion more real. Anyhow, great shot!

Nice idea with the peacock 'eye' color matching the model's. I also like the way the feather blends with her hair on the left side. Very well done!

Thanks for the comment, Majid. There was no flash, just very harsh lighting from the front-left, and a small light behind her, between her and the mirror to reduce shadows and add light to her hair.
