Excellent lighting, really adds a mistery look to the picture. Not only is the composition really different, the facial expression really tells you alot about what is going on. Keep up the good work.

Hi Miranda,

The cat was at the window and the light came from outside. The sun was to the far right, I'm not sure it really touched the window.

There is lot of post-processing involved in darkening the shot and mostly the window. You can still see a reflection of the cat's right ear in the window... )

Hi Eric,
The aperture was f2.4 (digital has these weird apertures sometimes) and shutter speed was just as weird: 1/80 sec.

A lot of post-processing involved in darkening the shot and mostly the window.
