you're absolutely right about that, I didn't think of it but it is there, it has become symbolic or abstract, but you're right, elegaic

I look through you photos and there are many beautiful images, but talking of color I came to this one and was struck by how the blue struggles with the architecture to create a third entity, something other than stone and blue, for me the creation of this "other" is most compelling

thanks again for your continued interest in my work. your description of my use of color makes me smile. I know I am being "over the top" or extreme but I have fun with it. appreciate you taking the time to comment, my very best, Michael

Thanks very much! I am unfamiliar with "stile di ritocco." Can you tell me more about it?

I am becoming suspicious. Maybe there is no god. And even if there is a God maybe it would be best if we stopped attributing the horrors of life to a divine plan. Thanks for your reply. By the way, do you think I am listing my works in the appropriate categories? I am unfamiliar with what they might mean to the rest of the artists on Usefilm.com

this is incredibly emotional and daring, it doesn't force reaction with drama, it is all powerful mood and affection, great image!

This turns me on. The yellow line makes it disturbing in a good way.

Thanks. I took another approach to the colors and think I prefer this over the similar image posted before.

Thanks so much for your comments. I am going to see what I can do with the letters. A good idea. Maybe reapproach the series in that way.
