Thanks Luis for your suggestion, but I think that the problem is the perspective. If you fix your attention to the tower, you can see that it is not slanted. The issue is this castle have a circular base and this make create a confusion about the perspective.

Great exposition on this photo! I would suggest rotating the image slightly in PS. The castle seems a little bit slanted. Or it could just be the perspective
