Beautiful, I've been trying to get to iceland for the last few years to witness the northern lights, hopefully I'm going later this year. If I get a shot half as good as this I'll be happy.

Thanks Ron, I must admit it's a bit of a freak shot, it's at full zoom. The light must have been just right, most shots I take with this lens are nowhere near as good. I wish I could afford an L series lens!

I've just tried what you suggested with unsharp mask and it's improved my shot 100%. I don't know much about photoshop, I only really use it for cropping and resizing. I'll definitely be exploring more of those filters now. Thanks again.
