Very strong shot; I like the abstract level of this close up. The composition invites the viewer to put some effort in discovering the nature of the subject; crossed arms, relaxingly smoking a cigarette, whilst playing with a flower with the other hand The black in the trousers is a bit dark, though. Maybe that's because of the scan, but I think showing a bit of texture there would increase the recognisability and the appeal of the image. Still, very intriguing and creative approach.

BEAUTIFUL work!
The way the vase and background blind with the usefilm background gives it a feeling of infinity! Then in the middle the colors! beautiful!!!
Maybe you could have used selective color editing in photoshop to brighten up the colors just a tiny bit?!
