Nice capture and it works well in B&W for showing the oldness of the suitcase. I'm agree with Giulio concerning the parquet..
The tones and contrast are well managed.

Solitary man in a town.. I like the DOF you used and the town in the bakcground which contrast with the man. One regret, I would'nt crop so close to the feet..

Intimate self portrait well croped and with good tones. The eye seems to be a little bit scared which is emphasizes by the mouth slightly open.
