Shadow was almost all white as a Pup. We picked the on with the "darkest" ears because she was supposed to get darker with age. Well she is 7 now and whatever colour she has was welcomed. Thanks for the kind words. More pics later, maybe.

Dear Ron, she is absolutely lovely...how old is she? I love her light color. Humphrey is getting white as he grows older... he will be 10 in November...probably is last Xmas though. His back legs are very very weak. But he still finds the way to dance when I get home and make me laugh! Thanks for the picture.

Just because you asked. It is not her best side. Her light colour blows my exposure every time. I tried to get some definition in her eyes in PS.

Dear Ivan, she is so adorable. Thanks for saving her life. I'm a big dog lover. I found Yachime in the Cappadocia Mountains. She was only 5 months old and really sick but now she is 5 and fully alive! You have my complete admiration and gratitude too...

Jacinthe... you rescued this dog from a trip in Turkey?? And you took it back to Canada????
My hat's off to you!. You have my complete admiration and gratitude. I live in Istanbul, just outside the city and every day, on my way to town I had to witness the sad fate of many dogs lying dead along the road, victims of cars and trucks.
I have rescued quite a number of dogs myself and found them families. It is an uphill struggle, a lost battle... but there is no better reward than their inconditional friendship.
Here, a pic of the a little puppy I found lost on a parking lot under the rain this winter. The people that adopted her called her Yagmur (rain in turkish).

Good composition and great subject ... all it needs is a priest in robes ascending the path.

You might try a polarizer to help keep the sky from blowing out in shots like this.

Thanks a lot for your comments, also.

Ah, a wonderful sunset from a balcony overlooking the ocean. Very tranquil. I grew up next to a family from Madeira. They made and sold the most amazing wicker products.

é verament eun bellissimo cane: ha un'aria fiera e possente, quasi nobile. Anche io adoro i cani, e questo è veramente unico, non ne ho mai visti così
