Dear Salvador, you are posting similar images. You are probably living near the sea. Unfortunately, just beautiful view from the window is not enough for attractive image. Must be something else. I remember your's photo with nice clouds, for e.g. I mean that on such scenes you can do nothing - it's booring from the very beginning. Too banal. For good photo we need at least 2 things: 1) interesting light; 2) interesting object/process. All above is IMHO and because this is CC image. Warm regards, Serge.

Not expressive enough. In current variant beautifully colored cloud looks like a detail. At the same time, bottom part is booring due to absence of details. I'd crop including mountains siluette and central part of clouds only. All above is IMHO and because this is CC image. Regards, Serge

Ah, I see. I agree. Unfortunately, work "aharp" using in devinite meaning in digital photography, so typically I use "crisp", "clear-cut" or smthng like this:) Another important point for discussion is using of PS or similar instruments. I believe that photo is shooted and then developed. Like film. Only shooting with camera settings looks me very-very strange. It means, that folks denies powerful instruments to achieve their aim. I mean attractive interesting, expressive photo as a result of creative process in the mind of photographer. From my impressions a lot of people here, in Imageopolis do not use or use not qualified these instruments. As a sequence, their photos lose a lot:( Regards, Serge

Jose, thank you for comment. I should say, that I practivally never use "sharpness" instruments (unsharm mask, etc.) in my work. I'm trying use good camera and lences, it's enought:) Regards, Serge

Jan, thank you for yours comment. You are right about red trees, it's just a lucky case. I shooted this scene many times - and was unsatisfied. Important, that I did not change color of the trees. To make good photo we need the coincidence of all factors in one moment. For today Moscow the absence of the smog is extremely important, btw. Warm regards, Serge

Images with such sky must not be published, imho. I've such one, I delete it immediatelly. DD is too large here, your should measure exposition on the sky. Or - it'd be better - to frame in another way, move POV to the right and shoot columns from the right. All above is IMHO and just Because this is CC photo.
Warm regards, Serge
