Good image Al,
Of course I can't understand the tilte, but I like the lighting and cropping here.
Good composition with this umbrella on the right lower corner and all this sand around it till the upper 1/2 of the image.

"Vilamoura", it comes from Vila moura which means "Small town of the Moors". In southern Portugal (also southern Spain) there are a lot of legends ralated to the Moors, but in the case of Vilamoura it is more a marketing modern name, as far as I know.
