Omar, you've done a great job and achievement, my friend. Regardless of this beautiful moment, lighting, and outstanding BW, I also salute you for sparing your time doing the conventional darkroom yourself. I've been doing digital darkroom, but never try the conventional one; I think I might try to purchase a film camera and learn the darkroom technique..

Hi Karina,
Its true this film has great colour reproduction. At first I regretted the dustbin, (but I would have lost the moment if I tried to get rid of it) but now it doesn't seem so bad. Its kind of like a metaphor for how she feels before her morning coffee!

that's a fine portrait with the differences in lighting and the "hey, I'm trapped" look of your favorite model (your wife?). your experiments sounds great. maybe I will do that one day as well. good old-fashioned things come back.

I love this image, the expression, you can't tell if she's glancing at the camera or looking into the distance. Tells a story. Well done with the dark room stuff, must give it a go, thanks.
