Great shot, I really like the way you've retained a hint of detail in the silhouette.

Wow, the title says it all, lovely. The gull swooping in provides a great counterpoint to the rock, gives a bit of dynamic tension. Well done!

Just shows what you can see if you only look. Nice silhouette and colours.

Pink again! I really like the open flower next to the bud, kind of tells the story, great depth of field use too.

Lovely subtle colours, and the shutter speed is slow enough to have the water blur a bit. This shot would be realy interesting if you took it in lower light and on a tripod with a slow shutter speed to blur the water even more.

Wow, this is lovely! The way the light is scattered, the saturated colours, great abstract. I think the black bits at the bottm of the frame realy rounds off the shot.

Crazy colours! I like it, but parts of the picture start to pixilate. I like how this is framed by the inverted v of the stalks.

Absolutely lovely portrait! There is evidence of a bit of camera shake (low light?), but to me this only adds to the immediacy of the shot. The catch-lights in her eyes are perfect. It just shows how window light is so superior to flash.

Love how the clouds echo the trees.

Recognised the drool immediately! Lovely shot, the catchlight in his eyes is brilliant. Tones are outstanding.

6 minutes, wow. Reminds me of the work of Julia Margaret Cameron (high praise!) classical and fantastical, the exposure time lends to this, although it doesn't show.

Lovely shapes. For some reason, her fringe really makes this shot, so softly feathered.

Beautiful girl, you've really caught her (literally & figuratively?) here.

Striking. The way the face (and eyes) is framed by darkness. I really like the lighting you've used too. Just had a glance at your portfolio, strong themes, very gothic.

Strong image. Talking of money, you could probably sell this to an image library. The depth of field is perfect for this shot. Nicely printed.

Thanks Alison & Laura. He's 10 months old now, really funny little guy. So much energy, no longer a baby, more a little boy. Huge smiles!

I do like this, thanks, I'm always up for suggestions. I guess I left the fog in as the past seems a bit of a blur, especially at that age, everything's ahead. Stil gotta get a good look at your portfolio, so busy these days, a 10 month old is demanding!

The window light is superb, I think the low camera angle really adds stature to the little girl. This shot has full tonal range - manages to be contrasty and subtle at the same time. This series is really striking.

Like these pumpkins! Did you happen to try a few shots from pumpkin height - sort of lining them up?

You've achieved an almost painterly effect. I love the 3 distinct layers and how you've caught the sun on the mid ground. Top class.

I'm sure everyone else will go on about this, but... wonderful soft lighting, and the subtle pastel shades are amazing. The pose is classic too, well done!

Love this dramatic sky, the polariser's really done a good job here. You've framed this well, the gap in the clouds and the building line up nicely.
