I like this shot a lot but I find that the spots in the forground are distracting as are the edges of the material you used for a background in the upper right.

i find this picture very cute and i like both the b/w choice and the shallow depth of field. the composition is very good, but if i shot this i would place the front earphone a little closer to the bottomleft corner so as to fill the empty space there and give some more foreground impact ;-)

I like the repeating pattern and the textures of the fruit but maybe it needs a bit of a tweek of the hue and saturation on the red channel, give the reds a bit more power! Just an idea.
