Your work is really interesting! I looked at your partially-lit portraits for my AS level photography coursework because I was doing the topic 'twilight' and decided to take partially-lit self portraits (later digitally combined with patterns, candles etc .. anyway I found your work on usefilm.com after my exam and some of your pictures have a similar idea behind them to my exam work so I wrote a little bit about your work in my sketchbook. When I get the final images back, I'll show you them, if you like Anyway keep up the good work! Best wishes, Lizzy

Bunbeg beach - I was staying just up the road from here in December, when I went to An Scoil Gheimhridh Frankie Kennedy. I took a couple of b&w shots of the boat, they didn't come out as well as this though! You've captured the light beautifully, I distinctly remember the beach just glowing in the evening sunlight. I love all your Irish pictures!! Keep up the good work. Le meas, Lizzy x

Such a beautiful shot. You've really captured a sense of character, I especially like the "no music...no life" in the suitcase. Well done!!

I love your flower images. The dappled light in the background is beautifully subtle and adds a lovely depth to the picture. The depth of field works really well to create the effect of the flower 'growing' out of the canvas, where is seems almost like a painting because of the way it blends in with the blurry background. I also love the frames you've created on your flower photographs!.. Beautiful!

The flare and the bleached out sky don't really matter because the important thing is that you've captured the moment.. I love the way she's looking directly into the camera, it makes quite an engaging image!

it must have been subconcious! There's something very rich about the colours. Are you studying photography? You should definatley go to an Altan gig some time

Beautiful, dramatic landscape. I love the moody feel and the way the clouds reflect on the water creating that dappled light. Very atmospheric!

This is amazing. So many verticals leading the eye upwards give such a feeling of height and space and patterns made by twigs and branches in the mist at the top are beautiful.

Incredible shot... I recognise that Gower weather though, my family are from the Mumbles area and we've visted the Gower almost every summer since I was born! The light is amazing in this image.
