Man oh man do I wish I took this :P The tonality is spot on, it has personality with the broken letters, and the composition flows well. Want to swap for one of my prints? Alisa

Well the guy in the background can always be cloned out Mickey :P I think I metered on a neutral shade somewhere besides him, but I can't remember. Can't I just cheat and say I ment to do that to have the photo tell a story? Anyway thanks Mickey , Jeff and Christian for commenting.

Dubravko - It was just too ordinary in b&w I had to add a twist to it somehow. This c-41 processing adds a twinge of green to this film. Of course I liked how this looked so I decided to play with it.
Jeff - I did dodge some of the photo but strangely enough that part just happend to of gotten some light. I was actually going to burn some in cause it looked so fake, but decided not to. I was so excited by the view of this scene that it went against my nature of turning away from a subject if it's been overdone. I was driving back from the beach when I drove through here.
Thanks everyone for taking the time to comment. Alisa

I have this thing with bright colors that contrast the dinginess of their surroundings, so of course this struck my eye. For my taste a bit more of a tonal range would add nicely so there's more of distinct flow of dark to light. Alisa

What a find! Seems like we not only have a simular taste in bathrooms but decay as well. The toning of this was a perfect call, or was this the actual color? Alisa

Such drama Mickey! I can't really find anything wrong with this one. This belongs on a book or the opening of a movie. The border was a nice touch.

I am so loving the bright color balance that is breaking up the grey. The joy of the girl is also a nice contrast to her surroundings. The only thing buggin' me is the artifacting like it might of been oversharpend. Alisa

Coming to this picture. So cheeewt. Very nice idea and certailny feel the touch here. Beautiful picutre. Love this. I like tones and vignetting effect to create a framing to this beautiful subject.
Do you have any more ideas for subject "feet"? Maybe we should suggest Al for a new project... "The Increadible, Non smelly Feet"! What say? :-)
Elangs. 07/04/2003 Jose Rasquinho (Karma: 1,888) Nice idear and good shot! Very good tone. Regards.

Sean - I love your choose of the POF on this. It does seem a bit flat though .. was this your intent? Nothing a little boosting of the contrast can't help. Still, I think the character of this really speaks. Alisa

This is diffently your painterly style M&M. Love the moving white, breaking up the muted soft colors. I'm wondering what it might look like if the hot spot was toned down, but that just might be a web thing. Alisa
