At first glance, the background is distracting.
At second glance, the blurred white shapes of the background seems to be extending out from the flower.

Sorry, I think it needs a bit more cropping over the top, so that the width of the orange rocks is the same as the width of the blue rocks at the bottom.

I think a bit of cropping off the top and bottom, plus a black frame, will help to put the focus to the blue water. The rock shapes at bottom and the top provide a nice contrast to the soft shades of the flowing water.
