Some day I'll get there and try to climb it.

Classic.

Great colors, but make sure you get the take off and landing so we know how high he's going.

Wicked photo. Not sure if he's going to grab the skis, but the timing would be better if you caught him doing that (if that's what he was doing).

We've all seen many lake+clouds+sunset photos, but you've done something nice and different. The ripples really add to the photo. Great idea and shot.

Great colors in this. You really captured the moment. I just wish that she was less obscured by the grass.

That's the effect a fisheye lens has on a photo.

Thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the comments Jeff.

It's one flash off to the right, and I agree with you, could've used a slightly different f-stop. I was using the LCD fo rchecking the exposure, and those things aren't always 100% accurate.

Tobiah - his arm was there during the whole trick, no jokes. right from when he started the 180, till when he landed. only way to take it with his face would've been straight on, and that wouldn't have been any good.

Thanks for commenting.

That thing's huge! Or, you've got a great macro lenes.

Could have a bit more depth of field, but that's tricky with macro. Nice shot.

Sick. Very nice.

The bright yellow v.s. the dark tree really works.

Great shot. This shows that landscapes don't always have to be taken during the "magic hours".

The only thing I think I'd change is that the tall fence post connects with the land.

btw, the background is a bit red, but the exposure is right on.

There's a lot going on in this frame; the fog, hill, the trees are in a great spot, and those birds are perfect. The only thing I'd change is the plant in the lower right. My eyes keep getting drawn to it.

Great shot.

I like the timing and angle on this shot, but the background could be a bit more out of focus (using a wider f stop). Looks like a fun spot.

Nice B+W too. Was that done in-camera, or on the computer?

The composition is great, and the Holga lens definately added a great mood to the shot.

Great photo. The shallow DOF, and the perfect timing (hair) really make this stand out. The colors are very good too.

Thanks for the comments.

John, thank you for the constructive critique. I see what you mean about the power lines, right in the middle. Sometimes I'm in a rush to take a photo, but I'm getting better at slowing down and looking at everything in the viewfinder.

Great photo. The morning sunlight has a great color, and the clouds worked quite well.

Only thing I'd suggest is to get a bit more forground in the photo. It might be better if the tree wasn't there at all, but since it's not going to move for you, it might as well fill up more of the frame, instead of just poking in a little bit.

I'm going backpacking next week, but not in this grand of a setting. I'm quite jealous.

Great lighting and composition of this. I know why you chose the shallow DOF, but I think it would be even better if everything was in focus.
