Hi Paul, my brand new D70 had some when I got it brand new a year ago. This is the downside of Digital. But it is no big deal just like cleaning lens. Check http://www.pbase.com/copperhill/ccd_cleaning. Cheers, Art

Paul, forgive me but yes, the quality can be improved BUT that moment is just too precious! That makes up for everything else that is wrong :-) and it's something that not everybody is so fortunate to capture.
