Nice capture, Andy. Just a thought, try to make the frame face each other - horizontal rotate? See if it looks better. Anyway, I like it. Cheers, Art

The Sigma Bigma he has on there is the Sigma 50-500mm EX can't remember the f/stops off hand. It is a sharp piece of glass on the Minolta 7D. I think the Image Stabilization of the 7D really helps.
If the lens didn't weigh 4 pounds I would get one for my Canon 20D. It is way sharper than my Tamron 28-300mm XR Di LD.

Salvatore, I looked through your gallery and see by the many wonderful shots there that color is important to you.
The 20D is very flexible and adjustable to ones needs. Out of the box the colors are soft and neutral for those who like to post process their images.
I like to do less post processing so I bumped the saturation a tad to get the feel that I like. I really enjoy the camera 20D and can't say that I have found anything that I dislike about it.

Beautiful landscape Andy, nice work. I'm thinking of upgrading to the 20D from the digital Rebel. Could you tell me if you are happy with the color saturation on the 20D ? And if there are any significant or minor shortcomings that might have made you buy a diff. camera had you known. Sal

Very nice DOF, and interesting subject. Great detail in the bird. I'd say you've used your lens really well, and if it is the lens stated, you got a very good deal. I think this deserves a 7. Excellent shot. Best wishes, Mike
