An interesting and well-composed shot Patrick . . . How do you do the IR (never having done it)? With a filter, a lens or in PS?

How did you get the colors?Did you leave the camera on the color setting or did you shoot the photo in the b&w setting and add color in PS? When I use the IR Filter I usually get a magenta like tone to the photos........Thanks..Rick

Thank you Abner. For an amateur you have a very refined eye for good photography. Please keep shooting and posting. With the lens you list I'm guessing your shooting a Sony F707 or F717. You can do a very good job with those. I am now shooting some infrared frames with an F707. I hope to post them shortly. I going to leave you a comment on you shot "Needy" and have taken the liberty to crop the photo and clone out the arm image. You have done well keep up the work. See what you think. I have deleted your shot from my machine I just wanted to see a tighter crop and it is a very dramatic photo.

Thanks for the comment Steve. You are right those power lines drive me crazy. With the IR shot it was in the 10's for shutter speed and I took what I got. I tried to clone out the power lines and if I were selling the print I would take time to complete this but it's to labor intensive. If you have an idea let me know. thanks for sharing, patrick

Nice composition and the palette does give the museum an Egyptian temple-like feel. (I know there's nothing you can do about it, but boy do I hate utility lines sometimes.)

Beautiful colors here, and I love this statue!
Perhaps rotate just a bit counterclockwise, would straighten it out.
Very nice lighting in this one. Lori
