very nice - i like how the leaves break up the pattern in the fence... i think the left fence post could either go away or the shot be a little wider to the left...

Patricia; I don't know what those round things are, but compositionally and tonally this is a very successful. The leaves, fence, and background give it a nice sense of depth. The toning approach is nice too. Cheers. Craig

Nicely seen, Patricia. I do love fences. They add a whole nother level of removal, I think. Hard to put it into words, but I find myself photographing them a lot.

Oh this brings back memories Patricia, I loved all the movies made from the book, and the book. This is a splendid photo, the sepia tonings are pefect. The wire fencing (I assume) looks like a paned window. Very lovely.

This really is a beauty Patricia! The leaves in the front are so well composed! The fence adds a little mystic here.... yes, this really looks like a secret garden. My best regards,
Diana.

Hi Patricia:

A simple Paris scene which is driving me nuts because you didn't leave enough letters on the sign to identify the street.

Speaking of identifications, thanks for your idenfication of the "Shutterbird." I knew there had to be a better title out there, but it just wouldn't come to me. I took your advice and added a subject for the Shutterbird to focus on and uploaded the revised version to PN. Thanks for your comments and suggestions. They are highly valued. -Jim
