Beautiful composition! I liked the tones!
That photo I took at evening (7 p.m.) in colour. In PS I used shadow/highlight (in image/adjustment)and sharp (a lot), then I put a gradient (in softlight blended layer)and Digital GEM (this plugin remove noise and give watercolours aspect to the image). Later I adjusted the image again with all adjustments (curves, satured colours, etc)!

Que arco-íris, Marcio! Muito bonita imagem, mas esse arco-íris está o máximo!
Vou tentar te explicar como faço aquele efeito:em primeiro lugar, ajusto luz, cores (adjustment layers, curves, levels), depois muito sharp. Utilizo então um gradiente e escolho um modo de mistura adequado (tipo overlay ou dark, etc). Gosto de utilizar também um plugin chamado "Nick colour effect"/sunlight e quando a foto já está quase pronta, coloco o "Digital GEM"ele retira o noise e dá aquele aspecto de watercolour. Agora é só reajustar tudo novamente. (nunca se esqueça de usar o "fade").
Se quiser, depois posso explicar mais detalhadamente!)
