I'm absolutely agree with you abuot out of focus, but i personaly still don't like dust. Anyway i think, now as before, that it's a very good shot. ;-)

Interesting, dinamic, dramatic. Probably it's a fixation, but dust spots are very bad and ditracting, especially in a out of focus zone.

Magic of cropping. I think it should be better not cut the edges of the lower wet zones. Anyway good job.

Volendo guardare alla tecnica, sarebbe forse una foto qualunque, ma questo è il classico caso dove le questioni tecniche non valgono (scusa il francesismo) un cazzo. Guardandola ho avuto l'impressione che la tua nonna volesse bene a me.

Even if i am a photographer (?!) sometimes i think it's a sin to reduce certain nature miracles to a photo, probably this was one of these cases. The photo is a dream, i can't imagine the real landscape.

L'immagine è davvero toccante e ben fatta. Il passepartout con il titolo in bella grafia però, non rende giustizia alla più che autonoma espressività dell'immagine, aggiungendo un chè di mieloso e stucchevole alla composizione finale.

Perhaps it's due to the scan and jpeg converting, but i think the focus is a little bit much on the hair.
