The subject is poorly lit. It's also either out of focus or at least very unsharp. The background appears to be quite dirty. It would look a lot better with the barrel horizontal rather than the butt of the pistol grip.

The pistol is fine, but the photo would be much improved if you spent a little time cleaning it. There's dust and dirt all over the grip, the trigger area, the slide, and the ejection port. I understand that pistols get dirty with use, but take the time to clean them up if you want to make them the subject of a photo. Also, the gap in the wood background (a picnic table?) doesn't help.

What is the point of this series of pictures? You have picture after picture after picture of these spice bottles. Nether the individual images nor the series as a whole is of much interest. At best, maybe they could be considered documentary. Am I missing something?

Interesting composition, but you really need to clean your sensor. There are dust blobs all over the image.

It's an interesting image, but I'm not sure why it is on a photography web site.

This shot desperately needs some noise reduction. A run through Neat Image or Noise Ninja could make a huge difference. If you had a slight different angle you could have avoided having the fence directly behid the bird.

I don't understand why this is called "low key". The main subject is completely overexposed. Overexposed shots are usually called "high key". This one is too overexposed for even that.

The severe background blur looks strange because it doesn't include the background closest to the model.

Definitely interesting. Where are these located? I assume you know that they are on the cover of Pink Floyd's "The Division Bell".

This is a very nice portrait, but I think that a few small things would improve it. First, you cut off the tip of his chin. A slightly different crop or position of the camera would have prevented that. Next, I think that just a little more light on the subject would have helped. Finally, just a little more sharpening would brought out more detail in the lines in his face.

I think that when Hassan says "black frame", he means a black border around the perimeter of the image. I don't think he means to darken the tower. I agree with him. I also think you could adjust the levels a little to give it more contrast. There is a lot of gray here and not much pure black or pure white. I'm attaching a version with the dark end of levels adjusted and with a black border. I'm not sure if it's better or not.

Nice composition, but the highlights are overexposed and the overall image is very soft. There is no detail in the water or sky. Perhaps it would help to meter off the bare rocks towards the bottom of the left side and then recompose and shoot.

I'm not sure what the intent of this photo is. The things that appear to be the main subject (the ropes) are out of focus and only partially in the frame. The thing that IS in focus is the background. I don't think it works.

The horse looks great, but the background looks too artificial. I think that a selective blur of the background would have been better than completely replacing it with a gradient fill. I like the horse's pose and the bright yellow flower really stands out well.

Excellent colors and detail. I like the off-center composition. Slightly more depth of field so the stem was in focus might be nice.

I find the clockwise tilt to be very distracting. The textures and tones are nice. The sunlit spots on the floor have lost all detail.
