This photo shoulb be very better than it,,,ican see the light is ok,and using 400 iso....if you have aprture 2,8 or faster this one look greater and high iso is not great for this kind photo.image of animal should be smooth(this is just my opinion.)

Techniquealy is not ok,,next time use a strong ND filter or pol or you can combain the two filter and long shuter speed than photo look more greater,,,and finaly more patient.Try it.
