Een mooie plaat, Hans. Schitterend contrast tussen scherpe voorgrond en nevelige achtergrond. En als Experiment in Reflection is ie zeker gelukt. Je hebt ook een goede crop gemaakt.

Nice dreamy soft tones. I like the way the diagonal of the shoreline and those two islands with faintly discernable distant shore make the centered position of the tree work. I love trees, and this shot really brings out the wonderful shape of this tree, making it look like two joined at the base, arching upwards gracefully, then joining together into soft embrace. The more I look at it, the more of a metaphor I see in it. The one side being larger and stronger, the other slimmer and more "feminine", then that whole "two becomes one theme. I could go on with a few more comments, but that would be risking sounding too artsy-fartsy, so I'll just stop and say that I love this one.

Mooi rustig winterplaatje.
De sloot loopt prachtig door het plaaatje.
Desondanks heb ik wat moeite met de horizon, die loopt voor mijn gevoel een beetje scheef. Een oplossing heb ik overigens niet.
