Great choice of film. I'm sure the actual print is beautiful but the scan is not able to display the range of tones and the reveal its true beauty. The lighting/exposure/scan needs to be adjusted so that we can see some details in the dark areas unless that's what you had in mind.

The tree on the right is some what distracting and does not add much to the image. The rest of the frame is attractive; especially, the light quality. The contrating colors of the wheat and the makes the colors punchy.

Steve, welcome to the world of slides! They would make you feel like magic if they are correctly exposed. Your first attempt seems reasonable although there seems to be a light magenta tint across the whole frame. This normally indicate that weak chemicals were used in the lab to develop the roll.

Not bad! Keep them coming.

Nice frame and soothing light. I'd put on a polarizer the next time to cut the glare on the edges of the wet tulips. As a matter of fact, I committed the same mistake, too.

Beautifully composed. The light is quite well chosen as well. Too bad the house isn't as sharp as the flowers.

Attractive angle and nice subtle blur for background. The colors are also soothing.

Good lines and angles. May be a B+W version with sufficient toning may yield better effects.

Appealing composition and even light. Details were well captured. Splendid!

Beautiful rock formation and the sky is attractive. However, is the sky real or was it from another image?

Beautiful lines and nice lighting. I didn't know Leica has an autofocus camera?

Intricately crafted & composed. My favorite is the almost twinkling drop of water and the subtle glowing halo around it.

Excellent choice to convert to monochrome. It gave it a more somber and reflective mood. Good choice!

No, this was very very far from London. It is in the NW of the United States.

Beautiful abstract. Sometimes, we've just got to marvel at how nature can turn a simple thing like reflections into sometime so artistic and you've caught it at just the right decisive moment!

The image is well thought out and the grandeur of the fall is captured. The areas which may further enhance it are the choice of a more interesting sky and inreasing the contrast so that there are darker shades of grey or black.

I love the contrast and the toning. Warm tritone worked. I'm pretty affected by the power lines that stretched acorss the frame, though.

Excellent perspective. Sepia gave it a golden kick. The textures of the bricks are well captured. The range of light is quite impressive. Enjoyable viewing!

Dave, this is quite a job considering the home-made lighting and reflectors. The lighting effects were well chosen and the image gave plenty of mood. Sepia did provide a punch to it. I enjoyed it.

This image has attained a level excellence that's heads above common. The couple's closeness and intimacy ringed thru loudly to the viewer --- beautiful, indeed. The light is so soft and consistent --- another strong element of beauty. I cannot say enough how enjoyable it is to view this shot. Congrats!

Besides the small highlight on her forehead which needs some dodging, the overall image is well captured: colors are consistently attractive and her "pose" is natural. Even the flow of her hair in the wind added value to the image. Good!

The lighting is consistent enough to bring forth the textured holes. Beautiful details on the surface, I can almost touch and feel it. Excellent macro!!!

This is a classic composition for this sort of image. You've captured the usual lines dwindling into the distance and the well chosen light provided the echoing shadows.

The contrast may be increased just a tad more to enhance the image further.

Classic S-curve and beautiful textures. The subtle shadows on the ground under the trees gave a sense of "going into the woods". Good work!

Nicely composed. Contrasty sky and nice clouds. I think the image is not suitable for "12 - Dramatic B&W Shadows" because that project requires images from B+W film. Also, acknowledging that this image was manipulated in software would also help the viewer to see under a more objective light.
