Yes, takes away the distraction, now I can focus on this old guy's pretty face. :-)

Love the way you caught the pose and the expression. My only nit is that bit of out of focus greenery over the shoulder...couldn't just reach over and push that out of the way? ;-)

Really nice image, I'm wanting a little bit lighter exposure in the foreground to bring out those weeds, but otherwise very nice.

I like the composition and the colours, I'm just wanting it to be sharper in focus. The vertical form of this is good, I'm wondering how it would look as a horizontal with the tops of the handles and that white rack in the upper right cut off.

I'm wishing it had just a tad more depth of field, the out of focus peanut butter is a bit distracting, but otherwise a nice shot, good pose caught with the beak holding a chunk of food.

Lovely silhouette shot. I'm wanting something slightly different with the composition since the reflection of the sun is so strong, maybe a vertical format.

Ah, "the grass is always greener..." Nice to see a shot with a happy ending. Just too bad that bit of wire or whatever runs that bright line diagonal across the lower left, but when the priority is a rescue, you can be forgiven for overlooking that. ;-)

Nice shot, interesting composition that makes you look all around the image. Also sharp and has good overall exposure. The only thing I want to do is crop the bottom to the top of that bright white sign on the lower left, I find it distracting next to the big black shadow, which could also be a bit reduced. Well

Yes, it is in colour. I've played with it, converting to bw, and I like it just as much, but it's looks a little "flat" in bw. There's just enough variance in tones in the colour version that makes me leave it in colour.
