Très intéressant ce point de vue. L'arbre en diagonal donne un certain mouvement à la scène. Et quel ciel, très riche de nuages!... Une très belle composition, Syl!

What strange and beautiful tones, Syl -- I like them. I think this is an unusual composition (true to your different way of seeing things) and I like it. The textures of the leaves against those puffy clouds is wonderful. Another original!

Syl,
This would perhaps be improved my moving the tree to our left just a little bit more and adding more sky to the right. This sets the focus a little more off center and creates interesting negative space.
Of course, it also eliminates the trunk which is what is giving you perspective right now.
I am not sure.
I love the tone gives it an intersting mood.

I like this image quite a bit! I enjoy the graffitied wall behind the woman it adds to the urbanesque flavor. The mood is very well constructed as it feels as if the sky is about to open up and drench the woman and her dog as she pulls him to shelter.

This is so beautiful, Syl -- the colors are perfect. Very subtle but still very strong, especiallyy together. What strikes me as unusual and wonderful about this one is the cloud of yellow behind the foreground branches. Very nice.

Superbe composition. Très belle compo avec des couleurs naturelles. J'aime bien cette lumière chaude sur les feuilles vertes-jaunes contre le fond bleu. Bel contraste chaud-froid. Une photo pleine d'ambience... BRAVO, Syl.

Très belle composition avec un ciel mystérieux - sombre et lumineux au même temps. L'arbre en premier plan rend la scène plus riche. BRAVO, Syl.

Jeanne is right - about everything in this photo - the perspective is just right - it is like looking through a window into someone else's dream-world.
You need the exact DOF you used to make us feel far away yet close to feel that it wasn't meant to be seen but we are close enough to see it clearly.
The tone is correct also - black and white but with enough tone to make it warm - I like your whole tree series...your affinity comes through...
