She does look like someone that was caught unaware! Good snapshot! That fellow in the ramparts of the old fortress was my younger self. I prepared the camera and had my wife take the shot.

Beautiful portrait/street shot again. Very nice composition, good DOF, great details. I like the "shadow-light play"... maybe I'd like more light around her mouth and less on her forhead, but I think you were a bit far from her to tell her "how to stay" ;-)... I really wonder what lense do you use for your photos... but I guess it's a surprise :-).

I like that you are exploring the possibilities of "street portraits" in colour. Conventionally they are often B/W. You do it with great skill Ronny. And it?s good to see that you find interesting expressions in your "models".

Hi Ronnie:
I especially like this portrait because although this poor fellow seems lost in a world of troubles, he is making eye contact with me, the viewer, which somehow adds human interest. And thanks to the title, I searched out the tattoo, which makes wonder even more about his sad story and who Alice might be. --Jim
