Hi Justin, thanks for asking, the grain was somewhat unintended, but with the low light factor, it was expected. I isolated the background and applied a gaussian blur and faded that to achieve the soft glow, otherwise it's pretty much as is, it was a beautiful 17 degree night! Cary

Hi Ken, thanks for the wallpaper offer, I mean stuff you actually put on the walls! The flower you referred to was a slow exposure, probably about 1/15 sec. I use that type of lighting quite a bit, thanks for commenting, Cary

Hi Ann, thank you the insightfull comment, that song is exactly what I had on my mind as I produced that image! Gives me chills everytime I hear it. I'm on Lake Michigan, west shore about 60 miles north of Chicago and this big pond has been a part of my life from birth, swimming, fishing, photoing, boating, it moderates our weather, cold in the spring, warm in winter (relatively speaking). I live about 1/2 mile away and go there for solitude, it's always something different, especially when the full moon rises over it. Come over on one of your adventures and I'll show you around, Cary
