Hi Matej

I wasn't overly happy with my composition of this shot either. You are the first person to make comment to the compostion however I'm sure many have thought have thought the same. Thanks for your honesty. As for the backround, I haven't touched it! There was a large red barge moored just out from from us which cast out a beautiful orangey-red reflection onto the water.

Cheers.

Thankyou all for your comments. It is realy appreciated and I am absolutely chuffed at the response I have received, not only here but on other site too. Sacha was fantastic to work with, especially considering this was her first shoot other than at a shopping centre studio. Sacha and I are planning to work together again soon, so hopefully I'll have some more shots to share with everyone.

Thanks again

Tony Clark.

Thanks for all your comments. Since posting this shot I've made some alterations(taken out the distracting rock wall in the backround, fixed up messy parts of her hair etc). I think this has improved the picture heaps.

I am working from a cheap flatbed scanner. I just looked at the original print and you're right, theres alot of detail in the hair and face which has been lost.

I cropped the image slightly. I'm not quite sure what you mean by "incorrect techniclly", but I'm interested to know!
