Nice idea, Scott. Maybe focussing on just the one bud, and putting it in the centre of the picture, would have had more impact? Just a thought. P.S. I use the same camera as you - nice, isn't it?

Nice colors and sharpness. The shadows give the photo nice texture. I see somewhat overexposure on the back of the flowers which is a minimal distraction. Good Work!

A very calm, peacful scene.... have you tried to clone out the person in white at the other side of the water? But I loe how you've exposed to make the shade look so inviting.
