Beautiful! Incredible how you got so much color and so much definition on the snowflakes--blurry, showing motion, but you can still see each individual one. Good composition.

I know this has been in your portfolio a while, but for some reason I missed it earlier. I love the dreamy quality expressed here, with a great balance of softness and focus. I'd probably clone out that little bright spot on the left side, partway up the edge of the frame.
I also enjoyed looking at other images in your portfolio, including one from Sandia peak. You really have a diverse porfolio with a variety of styles represented. Hopefully a lot of people get a chance to see your work here.

Title is great. I think that the head should be in focus, now the neck is in focus, and thats not all that interesting. The problem might also be the shutter speed, especially if you used the lens at a focallength over 150. Open the aperture and use a faster shutter speed. Or a tripod. Or both.
I do think that you did a really good job on the composition.
