Thank you for all your coments. This is one of those "being in the right place at the right time" photos. I got lucky on this one.

Thanks for the comments. This photo was a 20 sec exposure. I asked the people to stand still until I told them to move. They were all nice enough to comply. This is a bad scan of the image.

This is a nice shot. Night photography is something I just got into. I think they are my favorite kind of photos. Try this same shot location, but with the full moon in the photo. Maybe try a double exposure if you can do that with your camera.

Thank you. I know what you mean, my fill flash didn't fire when I took this.

I like this shot. I've always wanted to do underwater photos, but I live in the Chicago area and I don't think Lake Michigan would give up as nice a photo as yours.

Thank you for the comment. This was kind of difficult lighting. I think I should have used a reflector or flash.

Thank you for the comments. This shot was alittle too over polorized in my opinion too. I have only been to the museum once. I do have a nice shot from the inside looking out onto the lake as a boat was cruising past. Maybe I'll post it soon.

The flower looks good, but IMO maybe some cropping.

First, very nice image. Were the clouds moving? I ask because the foreground looks sharp and the clouds look kind of whispy (not sharply in focus). This is a powerful image, I like it very much.

Gary,
This photo, like everyone of your's, is beautiful. I'm not familiar with the lighthouses in Michigan. Where from South Haven is St Josephs? I would like to take photos of this lighthouse.

First of all, this is a nice portrait. I like the soft tones and the colors. Works for me!

This is a very good waterfall, especially since you show the start and the termination of the water.

Nicely done! Very creative, this looks like a "high key" studio shot.

It is a beautiful photo. I like the reflection, but for me the objects on the right of the image draw my attntion too much.

Nice shot. I would probably gone in tighter on the flower. I'm interested in your scanning proposition and would like more info. mwolf39@yahoo.com

I like night cityscapes. I wouldn't crop a thing in this one. I would like to see more of the surrounding area of where this was taken. I do alot of night cityscapes in Chicago (mostly at the lakefront).

Jason,
Tigers are my favorite big cat to photograph. Your lucky to be able to get the chance to get close enough. While the pros say that wildlife photos should have a catch light in the eyes, I don't always agree. Very nice photo.

Philip,
First of all, I like low light photos. This has an errie feel to it and that's what I like most about it. I agree that some croping is in order, but you don't want to lose the angles created in this image. Very interesting.

This is a nice soft image of Big Ben. I am fond of low light photography. Very nice!

I like the way you captured the motion of the water. I'm a Minolta camera user (Minolta Maxxum 9). How many Megapixels is your camera?

Danny, this is a great shot! I really like night photos and this double exposure looks right to me. I think it would look great with the moon larger instead of smaller. Anyway you do it, I think you really know what you're doing.
