Initially I thought it was from the resizing but I checked the original a second time after your comment.I agree it is not the sharpest photo. It was shot on a tripod but an old one which could of had some movement due to wind. Also, I shot it at high fstop which may have contributed to some of the softness. I was aiming at slowing the water as much as possible but the downside may have been sharpness. I'm planning on a reshoot of this shoot in the near future (with a better tripod) and I'll use a lower Fstop (probably around 13 or 16).Thanks for the comments.

Great composition. I really liked this photo. I darkend the reds in the barn and blues in the sky to see if I liked the colors more. It seems to work.
