very dramatic sunset here. strong colour and a good comp..
i notice you asked about how to have part of an image in colour:

a quick summary is to:
1 open image in photoshop
2 create a new layer (bottom right)
3 add layer mask (bottom right)
4 click on your new layer and goto: image > adjustments > desaturate
5 click on your mask, then you can use the eraser tool for example to bring back the colour where you want.
give it a shot.
