Extremely cute and I get a sense of diarama in this, as if the road and all behind it is a drawn backdrop. That fascinates me whenever it happens and I'm trying to work out how to achieve sucgh a thing myself.
It could be how the pylons reflect light so differently to the bare trees left(the pylons are drawn with their shadow, the parts facing the sun sort of merge with the background). The trees on the right have great three dimensionality with their curvy shadows. The road sort of begins a line across the frame continued by the shadow of the tree at the back.
Where else I get the idea it's a diarama (I know it isn't) aside from my personal obsession for them and I do need to get my head checked, I don't know but if you have any ideas let me know.
It's a different planet to Gary's work!
Intrigued, Ian.

:) I love old cemetery shots. It never snows here , so these kind of shots are virtually impossible.
Great work-very emotive

"Stay away from the light" .. this is certainly not Santa Claus.

Nice effect.

As JD says, the dark side is good.

Thank you for the comments everyone.

Pankaj, I shot this (and the others in the series) almost a year ago. And I didn't keep track of the technical information. :(

Very well captured. I tried it a few times but couldn't capture it so well.

Its unfortunate you don't remember the lens settings and ISO speed.

it's a very interesting approach. I would preffered to see a tight crop, excluding the bottom. but I like it as it is, as well
