You did a great job with this black and white. The perspective caused me to turn my head around allot to determine what I was looking at. I think that is one of the things photographs should be able to do, draw in a viewers’ interest. By the way when you get your 35mm film developed get a CD with it so you don’t have to scan just resize to post here and also do any corrections with your imaging software. Then you can use your negatives for any enlargements, this will alleviate the grainy effect you get when scanning.
Will visit again good luck to you,
Garold

Very cool image Erica . . . though (to my eye) there seems to be a yellow tinge to the color. I like the compositional factor of having the circular mirror cropped with the rectangular frame. Nicely done!

Regards,
Doyle ! <~~~~~

Hi Erica, I think your photos represent a slice of American life.

I would challenge you to really think about your compositions and what your images are trying to say.

For instance, your photos "Sunny Day" & "metro station" seem to standout and show a good creative eye while making the viewer think.

Cheers,
Chris

I like this shot very much, partly I think because I enjoy flying so much. The colors are really great here and I like the composition. You've also managed to steer clear of the problem faced by most would-be "from the plane" photographers. That is, I see NO indication/distortion/dust/scratches from the airplane window.

Did you open the escape hatch and lean out? :-)

Well done!
J
