Cropping seems like it could maybe be improved (slightly down and to the left?). Her mood is well captured.
The image is very warm, and also lacking some contrast.
Overall a good work with minor changes,

This is a great capture, the field is just perfect, how did you managed to ask the farmers to take their crops in that way? hehe
The blue sky and those fluffy white clouds are just the cherry on top of the cake, great composition including the house in the center but the colours are what strikes me the most in this shot!
